Daystar's Apple Authorized service allows you to have you Apple Mac Pro, Power Macintosh or Mac Mini repaired with the assurance that Apple Certified Technicians will perform your service request to the highest standards possible. Our direct connection to Apple ensures accurate diagnostics and the finest replacement parts available.

To send your system to Daystar for service simply select from the product options below and complete the checkout process (Drop-off and pick-up is also available). The base price includes 1 hour of diagnostics and service which provides for most minor repairs and covers most replacements (such as a power supply replacement). You can also choose a free diagnostic*, or to simply have costs calculated at the end of service.

More on FedEx shipping options. You can configure your shipping options using the Product Options above. First, select the speed for shipping on DayStar's account, to Daytar. Second, select the final shipment home to you. If you want to customize shipping to Daystar via a different service, simply select the "Ship on Customer Account" options.

To purchase, simply verify the Product Options. Add it to your cart and checkout. Depending on your choices, you will be sent information to expedite shipping to Daystar. Follow the enclosed instructions, pack your system and it is air expressed to Daystar for secure and exclusive Daystar factory repair. Indicate in additional service/replacement needs in the "special instructions" during checkout. We'll contact you with a full estimate.

Note on optional drives: We install new OS's similar to the OS's on the existing drive, then copy the contents of the old drive to a folder on the new drive. You will need to re-install your applications. To continue to have full bootable access to your old drive, you can purchase one of our USB/FireWire enclosures below.

*The diagnostic is free with service. Without service, the diagnostic fee is $75.
